The College administration reserves the right to suspend, expel, rusticate or otherwise terminate any student who is found guilty of the following:

a. Cheating, stealing, having immoral conduct or gross misbehavior.

b. Willfully and deliberately damaging the college property.

c. Rudeness to member of teaching staff/college employees.

d. Violating the rules and regulations of the college or the instruction given to students from time to time.

e. Participating in violent or agitational activities harmful to the interest of the institution and its students.

f. Smoking and playing truant.

g. Being habitually irregular, playing loose with punctuality, untidy or improperly dressed.

h. Showing consistently poor performance in studies.
